How to launch your first email survey

We can send email NPS and other types of surveys in addition to in-app surveys directly from our platform. This method is ideal for users who want to send surveys to a pre-set list of users, don't want to install SatisMeter code, or want to send email surveys only.

Setting up the email survey

Setting up this kind of survey is simple. First configure a survey with the settings for appearance, language, etc. that you would like to be reflected in your e-mail surveys.

Then in the installation section, select e-mail and "Enable E-mail only surveys". There you can customize your texts and download the HTML template for your email client.


Your users will receive e-mails that look something like this (with the text and colors of your choosing) When your customers click on the survey, they are taken to our landing page, where they can leave open-ended feedback and answer additional questions.


You can check the results in our Dashboard, or integrate them into other analytics services.

Note: If your email survey responses are not listing the responders’ email addresses on the dashboard, please check your email client settings to ensure this field is passed over.
