If you are looking to cancel your SatisMeter subscription, you will need to have Admin access to the account to perform this task.
Important: Refunds are not provided for subscriptions canceled before the end of their current billing.
To cancel your SatisMeter subscription:
- Go to Organization and Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click Cancel subscription.
Note: Do not cancel your subscription if you are looking to change your plan or update your payment method. If you need some help with this, please reach out to our Support team on the chat bubble.
