How can I get the most responses from surveys?

To get the most responses from your surveys, we recommend tailoring your surveys so that they are relevant to the users. 

In-product surveys via a Website or Web-App typically have a very good response rate (30-40%) when they are relevant to the users, such as NPS surveys or feature feedback that are targeted to users that have experience with that feature.
