SatisMeter gives your go-to-market, marketing, and product teams a detailed breakdown of ratings, along with comments and enriched user information.
You can manage multiple projects within one organization, along with their team permissions, subscriptions, and more.

Organization structure
SatisMeter uses a three-level structure, so you can bring different products and teams into one place:
- Organizations
- Projects
- Surveys
- Projects
Your organization might consist of projects dedicated to different teams within your company:
- SaaS B2B company
- Product project
- Surveys for feature release feedback, product research, and so on.
- Customer success/experience project
- End-of-onboarding feedback, exit surveys, life-cycle surveys, and so on.
- Marketing project
- Brand awareness surveys, market research, and so on.
- Product project
If you want to bring different products to SatisMeter, your organization might look like this instead:
- E-learning company
- Online courses project
- Drop-out surveys, customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys on course completion for students, and so on.
- Course builder tool for educators project
- Customer effort score (CES) surveys on UI/UX, feature request surveys, and so on.
- External relations project
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys for stakeholders, life-cycle surveys, and so on.
- Online courses project
Team management
As an organization admin, you can manage subscriptions, manage team members' permissions within the organization or per project, and create new projects.
Here's SatisMeter's own organization as an example:
Within this organization, we have three projects:
Each project contains its own set of surveys. Projects are independent, each with its own IDs, installation methods, integrations, and, most importantly, team members.
These are the available roles and their permissions:
When you edit permissions, you can grant roles at the organization level or the project level. A user can have a different role in each project or the same role across the whole organization.
Subscription management
Only admins can manage the organization's subscription. An admin can update the card information and change the plan.
The organization's subscription covers all projects within it. We recommend having more than one admin in the organization, so someone can always manage the subscription when another admin is away.
