Where is my data stored?
We store all SatisMeter data on servers in the United States. We don't offer an EU hosting option.
SatisMeter is GDPR-compliant regardless of where we store data. For details, see How SatisMeter complies with GDPR.
SOC 2 reports and data processing agreements
We don't have SOC 2 reports available.
You can review our data processing agreement (DPA) at productboard.com/dpa. For security questionnaires or other compliance questions, contact support.
Third-party providers
We work with two groups of providers: cloud providers that process and store the data we collect for you, and third-party services that store data about you as our customer.
