SatisMeter uses only one cookie in its widget, named sm_anonymous_id.
We use this cookie to identify anonymous users on later visits. It lets us track each user's response history and make sure we don't ask the same user twice. The cookie is a random unique identifier and doesn't contain any personal data.
The cookie expires one year after it's set. It's set the first time the user visits a page with the widget.
If you use SatisMeter with logged-in users, you don't need cookies. We use the cookie only when you don't pass a userId.
