Team Management: roles explained!

Each project has a set of team members that can be separated into 3 roles:

Owner

Every time you create a project, you're by default the owner of it. You can create and edit surveys, having full access to all Settings: Integrations, Team Members, Survey Throttling, etc.

The Owner is the only user account that can manage the subscription of the project.

It's important that the Owner of the project is an active Team Member, in case your team needs to upgrade the subscription or update the card info.

We can always transfer the ownership of a project. You just need to reach out to support on our Live Chat or directly at support@satismeter.com

Admin

Just as the Owner, the Admin can create and edit surveys, having full access to all Settings: Integrations, Team Members, Survey Throttling, etc.

The Admin cannot manage the subscription.

Viewer

The Viewer has read-only access to SatisMeter. It's a role often granted to those outside your team when they want just a peek at the Dashboards.
